NNDIS Provider Review

Data sources and accuracy

Where our facts come from, how fresh they are, and what they do not tell you.

NDIS Provider Review is a directory, not a government register. We do not create provider facts or ratings; we collect them from the sources below and label each one. If our copy of a source ever disagrees with the source itself, the source is correct.

NDIS provider register

Provider names, ABNs, registration status, registered service groups, and outlet locations come from the public NDIS provider register, distributed via Clickability. This is where a provider appears once it holds an NDIS registration.

  • Freshness: captured from the register feed on a regular schedule. Each provider page shows when its record was last refreshed.
  • What it does not tell you: registration can change between refreshes. Confirm current registration status on the NDIS website.

Google ratings and reviews

Star ratings, review counts, opening hours, and map links for a provider's outlets come from Google Business profiles, matched to the outlet by name and address.

  • Freshness: ratings and review counts are re-fetched on the data refresh schedule, and each provider page shows when its rating was last checked.
  • What it does not tell you: a provider with no Google profile shows no rating. That is not a mark against them — we treat no rating as unknown, not as bad.

Clickability reviews

Some providers have reviews indexed from their Clickability profile. Where we show them, they are labelled as Clickability reviews and link back to the profile.

Provider-supplied details

When a provider claims its listing, it can add or correct a website, phone number, service description, languages, and whether it is accepting new clients. These fields are marked as set by the provider.

  • Freshness: updated as soon as the provider edits them.
  • What it does not tell you: provider-supplied text is shown as given. It never changes the provider's registration status, ratings, or reviews.

ABN details

The ABN on a listing is shown for identification. We match it from the register data. Its legal standing, GST status, and cancellation state are authoritative only at the Australian Business Register — verify there.

Before you choose a provider

Use the directory to shortlist, then confirm the two things that matter most:

  1. The provider is registered and approved for the supports you need, on the NDIS website.
  2. The provider confirms in writing what it will cost and whether it accepts your plan management or self-managed funding.

NDIS Provider Review and its data partners cannot guarantee that third-party data is accurate, current, or complete. Ratings are other customers' opinions, not our recommendations.
