After a few sessions on the bench for some dry needling and bar "therapy" together with a targeted exercise program given to me to do at home, Varun had my back issue sorted. Google MapsI visited Australia on holiday and, through a friend’s recommendation, I booked an appointment with Yamini. I had been struggling with my right arm for over a year — I couldn’t fully straighten it, it was painful, and I often experienced numbness at night. After carefully listening to my history and conducting a thorough assessment, Yamini treated me using dry needling, IASTM, and trigger point release techniques. The results were amazing. After just three sessions, the numbness completely disappeared. After five sessions, I was able to almost fully straighten my arm, and it now feels very similar to my left side. Yamini is highly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment process. I’m truly grateful for her help — she made such a big difference in such a short time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced and caring physiotherapist.
