I understand that places can get busy, however, honesty would be best. Nearly every time I come here I am told 15 minutes, then have to wait approx an hour. Just be honest because that is ridiculous. And this happens nearly every time. Just be better

Absolute mess, Wouldn't give me my script which I had gotten quite literally five minutes prior because "I wasn't old enough". Then proceed to waste my time for 20 minutes calling the doctor two doors down just to give me the wrong price when I went to pay. Ridiculous, terrible customer service

My experience almost identical to other reviewers. Waited in queue for ages to leave a prescription (only one other person who was being served). Not many customers and lots of staff doing very little but not one acknowledged I was standing there. Rude! I got sick of waiting so I left and went to Chemist Warehouse instead. Queue there was six deep and still got my script handed in within 3 minutes.

friendly staff ,good service and the manager Eleni is always goes above and beyond to help me with my prescriptions or if I need information about products .
