Google MapsAbsolute disgrace! Dont use these guys, or fall for the slick website. The OT they provided resigned from the company, with zero notice to us or our care team. After 10 months there was no handover and meetings were missed with no reasons given. We were told via a text message that the OT was leaving and no one spoke to us. See attached. All this and we have an end of plan review in less than 4 weeks. What a sham! Gen Physio said they would put us on a waiting list and we should look for another provider. This should be illegal. Use these guys at your own peril... Cant give less than a 1 star review, otherwise I would. They have taken money from my disabled sons package and thrown him out via a text. Shame on Gen Physio!
