Google MapsI found Daniel (my physio) to be very supportive and able to assist to help me with my particular problem. As a result there was some improvement this week. Matthew (my OT) was very helpful and understood my needs and had suggested ideas to help me. I hadn’t realised what is available.

Google MapsI would leave a zero star rating but that not an option. Do not trust GenPhysio in Bundall QLD because they fraudulently put in invoices for services that were paid for privately, and without a signed service agreement from the participant, and Matthew knew that my son wasn't funded for this support! They wouldn't talk to me or return emails, and haven't refunded the amount back to my sons plan manager. I have reported this to the NDIA and I hope that this sort of fraudulent behaviour by service providers, is stopped by the new NDIS changes!
