Google MapsDuring my first & second visits, I have been disgusted by the unacceptable manner displayed on these occasions. A truly woeful attitude directed at an elderly person who has health issues. Never have I, nor would I, treat my clients with such respect & distain. Nor would I ever conclude a conversation with 'Good Riddance' as was my experience yesterday. When a client advises of genuine difficultities with meeting at the set appointment hour, I show understanding not verbal retaliation. I shall not be making a 3rd appointment for a podiatry session at this practice. I certainly hope adequate care & consideration is shown to all future patients/clients.
