Google MapsThis place is an absolute joke. They don't listen to the parents, decide on what they think is best rather than listening to medical professionals. My son is now worse off because a social worker believes she knows more about my son, who she has never met, than a consultant Peadatrician who has known my son for 3 years.

Google MapsDislike them very much! Very neglectful, don't even submit claims for NDIS, completely screwed one of my son's plans which saw the removal of funding for a walker, AFOs and much needed therapies, 4-5 years dealing with them and it's pretty much always a disaster. Even now I've still got a claim and support letter waiting, nothing, nothing at all being done about it, my son needs his AAC device replacement but hey, who cares, right?

Google MapsApparently they don't pass on information or support letters to NDIS, Apparently it isn't their job, what do Kudo do? Because so far they delayed my son getting a walker by replacing a new plan with an old one from when he was 9 months old, he was 4/5 at the time because goals weren't overly different, wont send up support letters to NDIS for reivew, so what do you do? I dont recommend Kudos at all, not for anything because they dont do anything

Google MapsNo communication, daughter’s care worker changed 3 times in 12months told nothing. I was accused of not reading emails or letters, both never arrived, no calls nothing & I was left to do the chasing up. Never got told how we could use the funding.
