The staff are actually understanding and care about the clients. You're not treated as a number as some places do, which is really necessary when suffering poor mental health.

I went to their Youth Talent Showcase and what a spectacular show! the youth were all so proud of themselves, there was such a sense of pride amoungst the room, it brought a tear to my eye!

I have watched the support this company gives its Job Seekers in the community on The Central Coast and it is highly inspirational. I see them a lot in McDonalds stores while out and about. Brett at Lakehaven is amazing, Chris at Wadalba is such an asset, Brad at Gosford and Jen at Mingara should all be commended. Great advertisements for McDonalds. Ash and Amy who are onsite so often assisting these staff and are always so pleasant and informative to us as customers. Its a great initiative for the region. Well done all.
