Google MapsMy young daughter has been trying for weeks to engage with this company - despite calls, emails and personal walk ins, they have not even bothered to contact us or set up an apt. Recommend trying another company who might actually care.

Google MapsFor the past month I have been waiting for a callback. After I did the online form, they called back 2 days later, and then they said in another few days they were gonna call me again. That was like 3 weeks ago. So the other day I called them, and they said that they will put me on hold with another team member. I was on hold for 3 minutes and that team member was “unreacable”. I was told they they had left a message and that team member will call me in a few minutes, but they still haven’t called me.

Google MapsHorrible service, just want your money, always making the participants pay for everything , ndis pay to have them go to the activities yet you have to pay for literally everything. Staff are rude, worst location on the coast couldn't be any worse, the place is messy and dirty such a disgrace, I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE there are better places that have much better services, this place is full to the Max with no room for ANYMORE participants yet they are constantly having new participants come in several times a year they need to shut its ridiculous. Do not get me started on how RUDE the staff all are. Avoid at all costs save your money and go elsewhere.
