Google MapsShocking service. Check your statements, they charge for services not supplied. Case managers are rude. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE. Am looking to change providers for my parents.

Google MapsNot happy at all with these people, they took $6000 from each of my parents intitalments for sign up fees and they would charge them even if knowone comes out they kept charging fees for God knows what and nothing gets done how it's meant to, they need to be stopped and to stop taking the elderly for granted and to stop taking peoples money just so they can pocket it, they are shifty and you can't trust them they need to be investigated and shut down, we are taking this further.

Google MapsIt took 3 calls for someone to finally pick up and still waiting for a call back for care plan services......not a good impression! Guess they don't need the business and if this is how they operate, nor do I want their services.

Google MapsPathetic services. We have been waiting for personal alarms for my parents (contact units when they are in trouble and the units call our phones) for over 4 months. My father had a life threatening situation while walking and was not able to contact us. I will be taking this further

Google MapsMy Yiayia rang with queries about who to contact for aged care, the lady gave my yiayia a number which my yiayia relayed back to me in greek, (my greek is not fantastic). Once the lady had to repeat the number she got annoyed and said to my yiayia "what are we teaching this girl greek"? My Yiayia at this point is anxious and upset because her enquiry is for her husband due to a recent incident and its an emotional time for the family, when i spoke to her i asked for the number and she rudely snapped at me saying she has given the number twice! How rude and unneccesary, disgusting behaviour.
