Google MapsMy elderly father is raving about his community group involvement with Pronia. He attends Balwyn on Thursdays and loves the company. As an ex chef, he is highly complementary of the food quality (assure you this means it is particularly good) and the environment and caring created by staff is fantastic. We take our hat off to those who organise and work hard to help others in the community. Congratulations Pronia.

Google MapsPathetic, I don't think they are even worthy or a one star. My mother had not one but 2 falls when out shopping with the same carer. Would think you would make sure you don't make the same mistake twice! Took my mother out shopping and went down the escalators with her walker, yes down the escalators, not once but twice and my mum fell and hurt her shoulder. She recently had shoulder replacement surgery due to the falls. You would think that carer training 101 would be to use elevators when an elderly uses a walker, I guess they missed that lesson! We have recently switched providers and now they are holding my mother's funds and not releasing even though there are no outstanding invoices to pay. I have emailed requesting to release prior to the 70 days and of course no response. My mum need the funds to have some work done at home. Unfair, no heart, no care from an organisation that prides itself to being caring! Very upset! Maybe a phone call to Aged care and filing a report may help!

Google MapsTaken me months to write, my apologies. Sophie T has been mums go to person at Pronia. Mum needed nursing at home. Sophie T and staff treated us like extended family. They showered mum with love and kindness. Was there issues? Of course there were. Pronia is not robots. Its an organisation. They are people and with so many moving parts and taking care of elderly across the board with heaps of different issues occuring ongoing. I don't know how they do it. Sophie T and the group at Pronia were all respectful and courteous. Mum had nothing bad to say. We are forever grateful that Pronia did manage to give the best service you can hope for. For those who believe everythihng should run perfect. Which organisation is that please? You will have some issues as taking care of ageing people comes with ongoing issues, but its their handling and being able to navigate around with their expertise and knowledge that helps make any issues and changes that occur that keeps them on top. Sophie T's commitment to her clients is second to none. Her professionalism and communication and care is admirable and honourable. We challenge anyone to find a better group of people to care. No matter what you hear we felt confident that mum was being treated as good as can get. She still wants to hear from them. Thats how much love they showed her. Thank you again to Sophie T and the group at Pronia. It was a blessing to have you taking care of our mum. Much love.
