Google MapsWe did respond, numerous times. To no response from your company and with huge monies taken from my parents accounts for very limited services. Thousands of dollars were still withdrawn while we were trying to get a response and with no further services. Convincing elderly that two required to be signed on rather than the recommended one person as per hospital advice. eg of service: Young male cleaner stayed 1/4 of the paid time. Level of service and response deplorable.. Check your records.

Google MapsIn the past I have consulted with CCNB (now Proveda)for a NDIS client and found them to be efficient. When it came time to access a service for myself I was left waiting for an email that never arrived and phone calls not returned . My latest phone.call informed me I had been revoked from their services. Theyhave probably done me a favour as now I can proceed with a real Provider.

Google MapsMy brother hasn't been visited by CCNB for over a month. We advised a month ago his condition was not well and he needed urgent assistance. Even his previous carer at CCNB had advised and reported her concerns to CCNB that he was not well and needed help which was not acted on and when she left there was no replacement for him provided for care which is appalling. Now 4 weeks later we have police and emergency services involved for him to be hospitalised because his care and condition was not managed despite our ongoing concerns to CCNB not acted upon. Not only have we had constant let downs from this NDIS provider to eventuate in this experience for him but my brother has also reported high levels of staff turnover with little to no communication from them when missing appointments with him left in limbo. If you have a loved family member who requires care we do not recommend this provider.
