Even though I was not able to commit to getting my kitchen renovated by Refresh Leigh was ever so helpful to offer a link where I cud possibly use that was in my budget. Great work. What stood out he was not pushy and was easy to talk to. All the best!!!

Google MapsRefresh Renovations East & South East were fantastic! Leigh and Richard were great to work with and we highly recommend them. They were really responsive, returning emails and phone calls very promptly. We liked that they were able to problem solve a bunch of low-key things without needing to bring us in to the site every time. When we did need to be brought in, the problem-solving was robust and thorough. I found Leigh to be quite good at explaining things over the phone too. They provided a highly competitive quote, with no surprises at any point. We're very happy with our renovation and would highly recommend them!

From the initial enquiry right through to completion, Leigh provided excellent customer service - friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. We were always kept updated and there were no surprises. The project finished on time and on budget, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The design elements suggested by Leigh and Richard beautifully blend the new facade with the old, and the inside looks really special. It’s a much nicer space than we could have imagined. We chose Refresh hoping for an easy, all inclusive end-to-end process, and that’s exactly what we got. We highly recommend Leigh and his team.

Google MapsVery glad I went with refresh renovations. Organising a full inside house renovation was very overwhelming for me. But once I started working with Leigh the stress was really taken off my shoulders. His team created a 3D walk through of my completed renovation during the planning phase. And they were very patient with me making many, many changes each time I saw the updated design. Being able to see the full renovation in 3D really helped me to be confident with my final choices (and showed me how other earlier choices wouldn’t work well). They presented me with a very detailed break down of every single cost involved in the renovation and talked me through all of the government required building and engineering requirements, so I felt very confident that I was in good hands in making sure that everything would be done up to code. Having a very specific time line for each of the planning, engineering and construction phases really helped me to plan managing the rest of my life during the renovation.
