They talked over the challenges with renovations so we were totally aware of the process and disruptions to normal life that can entail. The design process was great with 3d visuals etc to ensure we made the right choices. Once they got going, Leigh and his team of tradies were great, they rebuilt a majority of our 50sq house and it was like a well orchestrated symphony, progressing through one specialist after another. Can't thank Leigh enough for the care and professionalism he showed throughout the project.
Cannot speak highly enough of Leigh and David who have a wealth of knowledge when renovating, with very keen eyes for detail and precision.They are both very friendly with a strong customer focus and have great suggestions to complement your vision. I moved out during my reno and David remained in constant contact with updates and photos while diligently coordinating trades so I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I had a fireplace removed, 3 rooms of VJ paneling installed, an abundance of crack repairs and the entire interior painted to perfection. Original timber floor boards sanded and sealed. My carport was fully enclosed with timber weatherboard and is now a secure lockable garage. No issues at all and I love my refreshed home. Our project entailed the upgrade of our main bathroom, ensuite and laundry in our family home of 8 years. From the outset, it was clear that the process would be very guided, with opportunities to refine the scope and costing as we progressed. Leigh worked with his team to balance our many requirements to arrive at a final agreed scope. From there, David and his reno team took over, managing the process from start to finish. Problems and issues were promptly communicated, but otherwise, the process was easy with minimal impact to our young family. At the conclusion, we were left with a stunning final product! Google MapsHaving observed a Refresh Renovations project come together on a property in our neighbourhood, we felt confident to engage them to plan our own project. Leigh was very patient over many months as the design and scope changed a number of times to fit our budget and value-for-money considerations. Our project entailed adding a large rear deck for entertaining and gutting our existing laundry/meals/kitchen and turning this into a beautiful and functional space that linked to the deck. Once we agreed to a final scope, budget and time-frame Leigh and his team managed all the approvals and paperwork with the minimum of stress. Then David, our project manager, directed his team of skilled and experienced tradespeople through the entire renovation process. There were almost no disruptions despite us continuing to live on-site throughout. The project started on time, and it finished on time and budget. The communication was, at all points, outstanding, and where opportunities arose to fine-tune the design, these were discussed and resolved promptly. Where one subcontractor supplied a substandard product, this was handled with full support of our decision, and a replacement sourced in the shortest possible time. We are delighted with our beautifully renovated space and our new deck (wish we had done this years ago!). We highly recommend Refresh Renovations to you for your next renovation project. They will not disappoint.
