Our Experience with Leigh and Amanda at Refresh Renovations Melbourne, was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Their consultative approach enabled us to explore many possibilities whilst allowing us to stay true to our renovation goals. The worksite was always left in a tidy state and the trades people were professional and friendly. When we started planning for our outdoor kitchen, it felt almost impossible. Lots of planning and permits were required. We reached out to Leigh at Refresh Renovations. He put us at ease. He did all the hard work while we sat back relaxed when our dream kitchen was being constructed. The communication was great, from start to end we were kept well informed. Leigh was very accommodative of our ever changing design ideas. All the worksmen were very professional and trustworthy. They enjoyed what they did. I found leigh to be very professional, punctual and respectful. He was very clear in explaining the renovation itself and the process to follow which meant that the renovation itself turned out to be surprisingly easy. The quality of work was great, and I am very happy with the finished result. As you can see by before and after photos Leigh and the Refresh team are very customer service oriented which is incredibly rare. If you are struggling to get tradies/builders to turn up, or understand what they mean, and you feel overwhelmed reach out to Leigh you won’t regret it

If you are looking at doing a renovation i highly recommend Leigh McDonald from Refresh Renovations. The moment he came to look at our Bathroom, Laundry and kitchen are reno were very impressed. He listened to what we wanted and made a couple of suggestions to improve what we were thinking. he then went away and submitted a proposal within three days. Upon accepting his offer, he then submitted a time line for the project stepping through all the trades and when they would be on site. The service and pride he took in his work was outstanding. His trade people turned up on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. The quality of work you could not question, his communication was outstanding and nothing was too much to ask. Even during the project we changed a couple of things and we were accommodated accordingly. I cannot recommend Leigh highly enough!
