Update, this service provider is being investigated for "alledged" fraud and being investigated by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Stay tuned. STAY AWAY this is not a safe ndis service provider. They are dishonest, they charge thousands of dollars for services they never provided. The provide workers who have lost their licence for driving under the influence. A disregard for road rules and speed limits, their social worker services create incorrect, untrue, and dangerous reports. Matters are being investigated by the Quality and safeguards Commission, its because of these kinds of providers we have had such a drastic overhaul of the ndis. Biggest mistake of my life was getting involved with this lot. There are not what they claim to be!! On the watch lists now.
Rhonda has gone above and beyond for me. Previous providers did not show me respect and would not show up to support me. If it wasn’t for Rhonda building supports and helping me navigate my future, I wouldn’t be where I am today. My future looks promising now thanks to Rhonda’s help, patience and commitment.
Exceptional Support Coordination – Highly Recommend! I cannot speak highly enough of Rondajane and the incredible support I have received from my support coordinator. From the very beginning, they have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to building my capacity, fostering autonomy, and providing truly individualised care. Their efficiency and dedication have made a profound difference in my life. When I unexpectedly found myself without enough support workers over the Christmas period—one of the most challenging times for me—my support stepped coordinator Karren in without hesitation. As someone with complex physical disabilities and mental health challenges, consistency in care is critical, and they ensured I wasn’t left without support. Even with my own private support workers in place, I experienced cancellations and gaps in care. My support coordinator not only helped me navigate these challenges but also introduced me to options I didn’t even know existed. I was completely unaware that Rondajane had access to additional support workers because they prioritise participant choice—but when I needed urgent assistance, they had solutions ready. What truly sets Rondajane apart is their participant-first approach. They don’t impose services; instead, they act as a resourceful and highly skilled team with a wide range of options, like a well-equipped toolbox for any situation. Despite the complexity of my case and the external challenges that can arise with NDIS plans, I have never once been made to feel like my needs were “too much” or “too complex.” Instead, they continuously work alongside me, ensuring I receive the care and support I need. Additionally, the transition from my previous pri support coordinator was seamless and incredibly well-managed. The level of professionalism and attention to detail in the handover made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. Rondajane is an organisation that genuinely has its participants’ best interests at heart. I am beyond grateful for the support and care they provide, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a competent, compassionate, and solution-focused support coordination team.
