Google MapsA very poor experience that left me chasing payment for services rendered, poor communication and a dismissive tone when dealing with the CEO, denied any claim for payment or of our agreement despite having been engaged for over a year. I had been discouraged by others in the industry after discussing my dealings with this particular organisation, approach with caution. **Edit Thank you for taking the time to get back to me and for taking the initiative to review your records however I have several emails to the contrary. I now consider this matter closed as not to deal with your organisation further. however this review has since been lowered after you took it upon yourself to contact my family members seeking to remove my initial review and engaging your children to leave retaliatory reviews claiming to have been privy to our confidential phone call in which we discussed participant details and payment history. I invite you to contact me directly in future to discuss this matter if required.

Google MapsThe communication within Rhonda Jane is awful. The support workers can't be faulted, they're amazing. However, the admin is messy, and there is a complete lack of accountability taken by the CEO. There is a lack of recognition for physical disabilities, although they claim to cater for all abilities. Promises that don't come to fruition, backtracking on statements, twisting other people's words to suit their needs. The administration needs a complete overhaul.
