Google MapsBy chance, I met Michael at 7/11 whilst I was refueling (so was he). I approached Michael and said, one day I will need you. He was very polite & professional. Fast forward 7 months , I remembered his name & business and called. He took the call and sure enough, he remembered me! I was impressed. The way he does things from the get go I.e, appointment confirmation / appointment reminder / courtesy SMS (ETA) on when Right Price Carpet Cleaning are due to arrive & how long the job will take. I myself do presentations / and in the business I do, you only get one shot with new clients - The notifications alone are attracted me. Having to meet the owner Michael, he is one very fit & strong gentlemen. Michael just gets on with the job, and he is very efficient. He is a machine, and i wasn’t even there whilst I was outside taking calls. My stairway carpet / landing & carpet rug in the lounge were revived. Very impressive. Michael, you have a customer for life & I will be recommending you to my family. Thank you for the hard work you put in but I will say that Michael is a Pro & has the Pro gear as well ! Merry Xmas 🎄
