We had booked with a different service provider who cancelled on us the day of the booking after we had already moved all our furniture and taken time off work! I called Michael to see if he could squeeze us in that day and he was able to arrange his schedule to come a few hours later which we were very thankful for. Michael was very professional, friendly and did a great job on the carpet. Highly recommend and definitely know who we will be booking next time we need our carpets done!
