Google MapsCan't thank Darcy and his team enough for everything that he has done to help with getting a scooter for a good friend as a surprise Christmas gift. Darcy went above and beyond! He helped us with all the extras we needed and even delivered the scooter on the morning of Christmas Eve! If you are needing a mobility scooter for yourself or anyone you know this is the place to go. Can't speak highly enough of them! Thanks again for everything Darcy.

Google MapsMy mother is housebound on oxygen, and has been waiting for a wheelchair to be delivered since 24th November 2023, enabling Mum to get out of the house particularly over Xmas. I called and spoke with Darcy despite me being polite and understanding of supply issues and explaining I would do anything to have certainty, even being prepared to collect parts or if Darcy could call the supplier to confirm delivery, Darcy flatly refused to call and said he was too busy. I said I could call the company on his behalf to be told “you are not part of my company, I’ve had enough”and hung up. I have had decent dealings with this company before this. Having run a retail chain for many years I was astounded at his rudeness, lack of care and customer service, and remain in the limbo of uncertainty for delivery.
