Google MapsAbsolutely amazing service. Emma was extremely understanding and went above and beyond when my power wheelchair broke whilst holidaying on the GC. I wouldn’t have been able to get home without her help. Emma was efficient, knowledgeable and I found her to be friendly, patient and great to talk to. She organised prompt delivery from their also friendly and helpful driver. Emma had the problem resolved within hours and made this stressful situation as painless as possible. I had desperately tried to find help elsewhere for hours, but a call to Scooters & Mobility had it fixed promptly and I can now enjoy the rest of my holiday. I’m incredibly grateful and recommend this business, and especially Emma’s customer service.

Google MapsWould appear it is too difficult to update any website with xmas opening hours. Perhaps people with mobility concerns don't need assistance over xmas and new year. Be proactive and update your website. Basic business principles

Google MapsI rang the Biggera waters store on Friday afternoon, after I couldn’t get my scooter to work. I was lending it to a friend, who had just had achillies surgery. I can’t remember who I spoke to on the phone, but they were fantastic in trying to help me get it started. We worked out it was the battery, so organised to drop it off later that afternoon. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted with friendly service. They checked the battery straight away, and said it was no good. They said that because it was getting late, and they were just about to close, they would have to install the new battery the next day. I was fine with that, but I had to organise with my sister to pick it up the next day, as I would be at work. We were walking to the car, when the guy came running out and said he will do it straight away, to save my sister coming back the next day. He took it and fixed it within half an hour, which was fantastic! I would not hesitate to recommend this business, if you need and mobility aids. The service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and went above and beyond for me.
