Google MapsRen turned up on time, was professional and got straight into cleaning our air conditioners. He took each part off and thoroughly cleaned them. My air conditioners not only look brand new again. They are colder and saving me money as they aren’t struggling to work with all the grime and built up dust etc gone. Thank you Sea n Mas & Ren our Technician who came out to our homes. We highly recommend booking them.🤠👍♥️😉😎

Google MapsAlthough the technician arrived a bit late, they were kind enough to call ahead to let me know. This was much appreciated. Once he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and efficient. He took great care to protect my walls and furniture from water damage by using [protective covers]. The technician also explained the cleaning process and answered all my questions. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend to others.

Google MapsTheir technicians are incompetent. I hired their service to fix a leak in my air conditioning unit. The technician attended, performed a routine cleaning, and left stating that there was no leak. However, the very next day, the air conditioner started leaking again. When I contacted them, I was told that a qualified technician would be required, as the person they sent was only a cleaning technician. This was never clearly disclosed at the time of booking. I paid for a service to fix a fault, and the problem was not resolved. This is misleading and unacceptable. I will be taking this matter to NCAT and seeking a full refund.

Google MapsMy airconditioners were not running as good as they had, so I booked a clean with Sea n Mas. They were very accommodating & had an appointment not too far in the future (we are rural). They messaged to advise the technician was on his way. He was very friendly & discussed the cleaning process as he proceeded to clean each unit. The 2nd newer unit seemed to be getting worse & he advised us to contact a licensed repairer as it may be low on gas. There was a lot of condensation inside the indoor unit & dust is attaching to the fan. We will be sure to book another clean for next year!

Google MapsThe technician who came to service our split system aircon was polite and professional. He did an awesome job and the previously sluggish system is now working perfectly and it’s 14 years old. Would definitely use them again. Thank you
