Dr. Barati is excellent, knows bipolar disorder incredibly well, and is very knowledgeable about medications and their mechanisms of action. I’ve been seeing her for several months to manage my bipolar ii, and she’s very kind and a good listener.

Sensible Care and Dr. Ogata are the best. The receptionist that I spoke to was so helpful with assisting me with my insurance questions and helping me get set up with my first appointment. She was so helpful! Dr. Ogata is so patient and kind and such an amazing doctor. I highly recommend Sensible Care and Dr. Ogata.

Extremely disappointed - in 5 weeks of care with Sensible Care this is the 2nd time they change my therapist - I’ve seen 3 people in 5 sessions, making zero progress. Thankfully I’ve not hit rock bottom yet but I can imagine how for someone who is in a really bad place things can go really really wrong because of this extreme internal disorganization. Very unreliable.

This is one of the most outstanding psychiatric facilities I've ever been to. I just got out of my appointment with doctor Jeremy DeFranco. He is by far one of if not the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. This was my initial visit with him and he spent two hours with me! This was obviously unusual and not the standard however, he spent so much time going over details and explaining different treatment options and answering all my questions and really cared about my concerns and my treatment and my future outcomes. I have never seen a psychiatrist that was that willing to spend time with me and answer questions. He was incredibly friendly and just a very cool down-to-earth psychiatrist. He was incredibly knowledgeable about treatment options that were not traditional such as virtual reality treatments and different types of cognitive behavioral treatments he was also incredibly well-versed in different medications medications that were not traditionally used for these diagnosis is, such as blood pressure medications to treat PTSD. I am incredibly happy I was referred to doctor de Franco. As a disabled veteran I have seen multiple psychiatrist and psychologist over the last few years and he was by far my favorite. He literally would talk about whatever I wanted to and had knowledge of the VA system as well as so many really unique cool treatment options for me that I've never even heard of let alone a traditional psychiatrist would normally recommend for me. He spent so much time with me and really showed a lot of thought into his recommendations and what some outcomes are. Even researched for me, different locations across California that I could potentially use for treatments such as virtual reality centers and different behavioral centers. I was incredibly happy with the results of my appointment and plan on using dr. DeFranco for as long as humanly possible! This is a five-star doctor all the way!
