The facility includes a basketball court, gym equipment, PlayStation and plenty of room to have a chat to the Counsellors and Mentors. Jaxsyn and his team have truly created a space dedicated to young people using movement-based activities whilst having the skills, knowledge and passion to support young people in need.

The work that Jaxsyn, Will and the wider shake team do is incredible and we have seen a huge amount of growth in the boys. Seeking support for mental health can be tough especially for teenage boys. Shake are able to engage and connect with young people using such innovative therapeutic strategies. Session are individually tailored to suit differing needs and communication styles of each young person. The shake team offer support to not only the young people they work with but also the wider care team. Can’t recommend Shake Counselling enough!!
