Google MapsHave shopped with sister Sensory many times over the years and have always been very happy with the products, shipping times and customer service. Sister Sensory products have been under our Christmas tree for so many years in a row now (maybe 5 ish years) basically a festive tradition now. Thanks for being consistently wonderful Sister Sensory team :)

Google MapsMy review has nothing to do with the staff and the products sold there, I want to make that very clear. The staff were lovely and we found everything we needed and more. The products have been good quality and we've been very happy with them. I marked this store down for the in person sensory experience and lack of warning about it for a store that caters to people with sensory sensitivities. However, I'm hopeful this review can help people be prepared for the experience and have a better time than we did. The doorbell upon entry and exit is also incredibly loud and to myself and my friend had a sharp ring to it. It went off a number of times while we were in the store, and made entering and exiting a bad experience. I would recommend sensory tools like headphones, but also loops or earplugs for those sensitive to sudden loud sounds. This store is also a warehouse, so it is echoy and bright with polished concrete floors. People sensitive to this should absolutely bring their sensory tools like headphones and sunglasses. Mostly, it's important for anyone going to this store to expect this sensory stimulation and bring things to help them regulate while in the store and on your way home. We were unaware so we had some sensory tools with us but not enough and being caught off guard added to the dysregulation. I hope in future this store could have more information about what to expect inside, including that the door opens to two desks and the shop is to the right. And I hope they explore other options for alerting staff that people have entered. But mostly, I hope this review helps anyone be prepared and have the sensory tools ready for shopping here.

Google MapsI purchased a puzzle from sister sensory a while back and opened it to find 2 pieces missing. I emailed sister sensory with the information that there was missing pieces. The owner (Narelle) asked for more details and said she will contact the supplier. Supplier contacted me for more details like wanting a barcode on the box. A few days later I received a new product with all pieces Intact. The level of services from start to finish was amazing. Narelle wanted me to keep her posted. I emailed her that the new item was received . Thank you Narelle for making this so easy.

Google MapsWent all the way to the shop to purchase the find it games . The staff are so helpful and very lovely to deal with .Only 3 find it's left in stock as they are a very popular item. I need 5 so purchsed what I could and also purchased small bean bag find its . Very happy with them . Got a couple of other things for 2 of the other grand kids . Very impressed with the shop and all the items in it. I drove an hour and a half to go there and it was worth the trip . Just as I expected it would be . Yes I could have shopped on line but I want to personally look .
