Placed an online order through Google pay, shipping cost was not stated and then taken from my account. $14 for one small item is ridiculous! According to sister sensory- Australia post returned to sender. Why? I can see on my invoice that I gave the correct address. Weeks later I have a voice mail requesting another $14 for shipping. I tried to return the call, message left, no call back. Weeks later again I get a text message wanting money for shipping. Called that number and finally spoke with someone who insisted that I must pay shipping again. How do I know that I'll receive it this time. Just feels like a scam. Terrible customer service Edit - and now we're blaming Aus Post

The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable and plenty of products to choose from.

Could not rate them any higher. The person serving us was amazing with my little girl. We felt so comfortable, the store has everything you could ever want. Just brilliant, I will be back again and again.

Wrong product delivered, was emailed back saying it was correct after I sent photo's. Have sent multiple emails with no response. Very poor customer service.

Lovely hand written note inside my package, which was a great touch. They were so accommodating to my colour requests as well. I will 100% be ordering with them again in the future. Thank you!
