Google MapsPlaced an online order through Google pay, shipping cost was not stated and then taken from my account. $14 for one small item is ridiculous! According to sister sensory- Australia post returned to sender. Why? I can see on my invoice that I gave the correct address. Weeks later I have a voice mail requesting another $14 for shipping. I tried to return the call, message left, no call back. Weeks later again I get a text message wanting money for shipping. Called that number and finally spoke with someone who insisted that I must pay shipping again. How do I know that I'll receive it this time. Just feels like a scam. Terrible customer service Edit - and now we're blaming Aus Post
