Google MapsGreat weights space with good distance between pieces of equipment so you don’t feel crowded. 4 steppers and plenty of cardio equipment this gym has made training feel easy. Friendly clientele of all ages, happy helpful staff and a clean environment. Easy access and parking. One of the best gyms in Brisbane I have been to!

Google MapsWent back to the gym after a 2 month’s absence. Kelly welcomed us again and we shared news about our overseas holiday. The gym was busy but not crowded. Generally, the PIs are friendly, but have yet to get to know any of them as they seem aloof and non-engaging, unless they are instructing a paying patron.

Google MapsMajority of gym equipment are rusted and hard to manoeuvre (in desperate need of an update). The equipment is also filthy 24/7. Not to mention, it is incredibly hard to find free equipment every time there is a membership sale (which is a lot) - clearly the money from new memberships don’t go to new equipment. The only reasons I consider going to this goodlife would be the sauna/spa, the ideal location and the staff.

Google MapsThe equipment is in serious need of an upgrade. Would be fabulous if they had a peck deck machine, however the cable layouts will suffice (please bring in a peck deck station 🙏). The equipment is consistently dirty, in particular the plates. Hands are constantly covered in grease after touching them. Cleaner in some of the evenings has the power cord to his vacuum spanning the entire length of the gym with zero awareness for safety. Despite these negatives or areas for improvement, this good life is my preferred one, compared to those in surrounding areas. The location is super ideal, and the gym is rarely too busy that I am having to wait for the equipment I want. Gave this a 3-star due to outdated equipment and cleanliness which can be easily increased with an upgrade and better prioritisation. Comment about cleaner is just something to note, because at times this can be hazardous.
