Google MapsIf you value piece of mind, consistently good customer service and a pharmacist who communicates effectively with their staff, this isn't the place for you. Without my daily medications I will become sick in less than 4 hours with nauseous, vomiting and headaches. Educated people are aware of this. Unbeknownst to me my Doctor had forgetten to tick the PBS script box. The Pharmacist/Manager had informed me he would give me my Medications for $7.60, he had not informed the other Staff Member of this. Staff Member dismissed my health by saying go back to your Doctor. I exclaimed "That isn't fair, it should have been ticked as PBS". Faced with grave side effects, I pleaded/begged/offered $7.60 for 2 tablets to ensure I wouldn't get sick. No one should be treated like Prue treated me. Repeat offender Prue told the delivery driver not to give me my medications because his phone couldn't read my ID, knowing full well I had been their customer for a long time. Prue and the Manager are arrogant and rude. When I spoke up for my rights I was accused of being verbally aggressive even when they were shouting at me on the phone. I stated it was wrong to deny me my medication. That is the truth. These people are playing with peoples health and their loved ones don't deserve to lose them. Improve your attitudes and service please.

Google MapsI had a disappointing experience at TerryWhite Chemmart on Beach Road, Christies Beach. I was served by Emma. I clearly explained which product I needed and asked if she could grab it from behind the counter. She initially picked up the wrong one. When I pointed to the correct product and repeated what I was after, she snapped at me and said, “Well what do you want - capsules or tablets? That’s the difference,” despite me having already explained twice which one I needed. When customers come into a pharmacy, they are often unwell or in pain and simply looking for relief. There is no need for attitude or impatience. A little understanding and professionalism would go a long way. I hope management addresses this, as customer service in a healthcare setting is incredibly important.
