Google MapsIf you get Webster packs, I would not recommend this chemist. My family members have had issues with the medication they receive in the Webster packs - as in medications that are not supposed to be included with them, and they refused to return the script so my family member had to go back to the doctor. The customer service is really poor, not leaving my family with much choice but to change chemist. They also sent my prescriptions to the wrong person on more than one occasion, after I had informed them that they were not being sent to me. These are actually serious issues, and I'm not sure the staff really understand how important it is for people to have their medication and to be able to trust their chemist. And when you wait to get your prescription, it will regularly take 15+ minutes. Overall I think the service you will get at most larger, chain chemists can be pretty average so it's best to go to a smaller independently-run chemist. Update: Since switching chemists I have had zero issues.
