Google MapsPicked up a Webster Pack for my elderly grandfather only to find that multiple medications were missing. Very dangerous. He would not have known unless I reviewed what he was taking. If this happened to someone else, they may have become very sick. However, when requesting the staff at this pharmacy to ring me when medication from prescriptions have been missing, I was haughtily informed that “they don’t have time to ring every customer when they can’t fill an entire prescription.” Cleary this was my fault, I should never, ever have expected prescriptions to be correctly filled by health professionals! Like, what was I thinking??? My doctor said that it was incredibly dangerous for these medications in the Webster Pack to be missing, but obviously the blame is 100% on me so I must apologise.

Google MapsI was standing at the entrance. The lady who served me tried to sell me a $1 mask to enter the store. I asked her to bring the $3 item I needed to me. She (very begrudgingly) did. Like I was a leper. I'm not the slightest bit sick. One would imagine that they might be more interested in helping customers since this situation has been forced on everybody with no notice, rather than happily enforcing the new rules with zeal as if it is something they have always wanted to do (while turning a profit on someone just for entering the store).

Google MapsLove it my usual chemist is national pharmacy on beach road they are a 2/10 and Terry white is a 9/10 easy better knowable staff cheaper prises pharmacist actually knows what to do and gives advice without huffing and puffing gets the job done right the first time will be back and will never go to national pharmacy's on beach road ever again well done to all the staff at Terry white beach road closest to the beach top notch service 👍
