The Pharmacist Ken has been so rude to me on 3 separate occasions, I have no idea why. I see him be lovely to other customers & snaps at me ? Won't be returning.

Friendly service at the counter. Can be pricey compared to CW. Quoted price over the phone differs to what you pay in store. Seems like they can make up prices on the spot.

If I could leave this chemist zero stars I would. The pharmacists that work there are rude, arrogant and unhelpful. The female pharmacist Ms Coorey really should be doing something else for a job because she clearly has no interest in helping people. Apart from being unhelpful, their prices are significantly higher than the other local chemists. There’s plenty other chemists to go to in the area that are a lot better with their service and a lot cheaper with their products. Pharmasave or Amal’s Chemist in West Ryde are better options and only down the road.
