Typical chemist. Parking can be difficult as it's located at the top of the centre and can be a challenge.

This has been my family’s pharmacy since 1970 and mine since 2005 but we can no longer continue with them. The final straw was when a cashier (not a pharmacist) interrogated me about why I wanted more than one script. This is not a one off event, this pharmacy has been on a downhill trajectory for the last 10 years with a culture of bullying and humiliating customers about the medication that their doctors have prescribed for them. The staff are often combative where even the simplest order is somehow turned into a monumental issue. As other reviewers have pointed out they’re not the cheapest pharmacy and their customer service is generally arrogant and belittling. They’ve well-earned their 3.2 star rating on Google. Fortunately there are other pharmacies with excellent reviews nearby and a large cut price chain pharmacy will be opening up just down the road. EDIT In response to TWC’s reply: It was the pharmacist herself that questioned my need for more than one script. And no I do not expect the front staff to understand my prescription requirements, but I do expect a modicum of professional conduct and not sneering giggles on the other end of the phone. I should add that the owner/pharmacist, Ken, has been lovely to deal with and has always been very helpful, unfortunately the same cannot be said of the other staff.

I waited 40 minutes with no communication, and only then was I told the medication wasn’t in stock and would have to be ordered. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Extremely disappointing.

I now know why people have stopped supporting thier local chemist. Its because its too much for the staff to serve two customers at one time Although three staff were visible. Pathetic.
