Google MapsPharmacy opens at 8:30am weekdays. The group of people waiting outside was told at 8:40am that someone had called in sick and it would be at least another 10mins before it opens. Must be seriously short staffed or unorganised if one person can affect their scheduled opening times. A few of us just walked off and went elsewhere.

Google MapsFilled a prescription that I've been using for over two years. Every other pharmacy has cost $17-18, for some reason it cost $34 here. Rang to query price, person was polite but was told it cost over $18 to buy themselves hence the markup. And are identical brands to elsewhere. Can expect a couple of dollars difference but 100% more is ridiculous. Will never shop here again or at any Terry White chemist and will actively tell others not to either.

Google MapsI have lived in this area for 40 years and always gone to the Chemplus St Agnes store. I now have to use the Terry White St Agnes store and let me tell you that it is not pleasant. The cost of items (if you can find them in store) is a lot more the Chemplus, the brands that I am used to are no longer there, there is less staff and therefore longer waiting times and items in their catalogue are not there because not all stores carry the same stock. I am now forced to use Amcal Chemist, but have found that it is cheaper even not using my Health Partners card and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Sorry St Agnes, but you have lost another customer along with at least 20 people that I know. We are not happy and feel that we should voice our opinion. Would be happy for you to go back to being a Chemplus store and back to your normal brands. Unfortunately I cannot even post this without using the 'star' credits. Well if I could I would give you less than ONE star. Unhappy long term customer

Google MapsThis store at st. Agnes refused to exchanged my product because I lost the receipt. I bought gavison gastric tablets and found two tablets inside were open. I was busy so went to exchange after 2 days but was refused. I had scanned my rewards card, they could have checked it to find the product but they want the receipt which I had thrown already. Disappointed with this issue, left whole package of the product there and left the store, will never return back.

Google MapsVery poor service from the women service and they slow and take too long and are not friendly they refuse to sell my friend her test strips for her diabetes all because the women had to look on to they machine on the government slow nbn website which didn't load properly and was barely responding why they bother the women staff at the chemist looking on the internet instead of doing it the old fashion way by paper my friend had the right paper work to get the test strips and had a 6 month waiting on it she try to get this well before the expire date sadly the women staff went by the slow useless government website and nasty government change 6 month to 3 month as if my friend would get the test strips in January the hottest month in the year . They have no rights to treat my friend like that she is very upset over how these nasty women are to her, they need men service at the chemist not women , if I was her I wouldn't buy anything from the chemist not even my makeup or any perfume I can get that anywhere. They seem to be unfriendly towards other customers too especially ones with diabetes diabetes people have the same human rights as anyone else to buy anything what they want. I hope my friend is happy I buy her some nice makeup kit and perfume she loves that and still wears it regardless of her diabetes diabetics girls have rights to look great in heaps of makeup and perfume on ..
