Google MapsDreadful. I have never had such poor service nor waited so long. Even putting a script in before grocery shopping for up to an hr, still have to wait. Updated 3 years later- new look store, same dreadful service, nothing has changed. There are several other pharmacies in the area, do yourself a favour and use them instead.

Google MapsNot too busy, but the girl serving coughed into her hand twice while I was waiting. Also the staff behind the prescription counter were huddled together in a meeting, mistaking the 1.5 metre social distancing rule for 15mm. Consequently I left without purchasing. Chinese pox haven.

Google MapsPaul, the Chemist is a gem of a person! We came in to get some WCH Teething gel for our son and Paul was really helpful sourcing it for us with less wait time. He also went to the back office to get an instruction leaflet printed and told us to meet him at the counter later. We went ahead, completely forgot about the leaflet and went to Coles straight after. Paul, our friendly neighborhood Chemist came to the other end of Coles where we were and hander over the leaflet he promised he'd give and we lost track completely of!! First of all, he didn't have to do that. He could've waited for us to collect it from the counter (or not, I mean who cares right?) or just chuck it in the bin. But NO, he walked the extra mile and delivered!! Kudos to you sir... you earned my respect!!
