Google MapsWhat a team! These guys are fabulous. So professional and attentive to our changing requests for conservation of items, and just knowing what items could be of importance. It was such a massive job with the whole house plus three sheds and a large garden. They turned a traumatic experience into a fun and pleasurable one. We hired them to clear the extremely rundown, completely unsafe and unhygienic hoarder house of a dear neglected relative with respect and dignity. Our relative was happy to see the result and all their treasures once again before letting most of them go and sharing them among the extended family in a fun get together full of love and laughter. Thank you so much to every one of the Trauma Clean team of angels. You're all amazing!

I enquired to Trauma Clean and another place; the others offered a site visit to do a quote on the following Monday, whereas this team let me send photos and a list and gave an estimate based on the higher amount as they recognised it could be assessed further on the day but needed dealing with quickly. They did a great job the next day, I was able to leave it with them, and they looked after me on price. In a week of facing new problems, exhausting emotions and a lot of stress, it was a big relief to be able to walk through that house again. They showed a lot of care and empathy, and I really appreciated their warm wishes. 🌻
