As someone with sensory avoidance, floating helps me shut out all the overwhelming noise of the world and just breathe again. It eases the pressure in my head, even quiets the ringing in my ears, and gives me a sense of calm that nothing else does. The space itself is always spotless, warm, and so inviting, you can tell how much care goes into making every guest comfortable. The team are incredibly kind and welcoming; from the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel safe and cared for. Floating here has become an essential part of how I look after myself. I always leave feeling light, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. I can’t recommend Urban Float Ringwood enough, it’s an absolute haven for anyone needing to reset their mind and body.

Google MapsHave visited Urban Float numerous times solo and with friends Had first experience of lymphatic drainage boots a few months ago and regular salt room sessions. Today returned for a salt room I had a great session from start to finish. Very relaxing, felt great afterwards, Will do it again. Always have positive experiences here. The staff are fabulous, friendly, professional and always checking you have what you need to have a wonderful experience. Floats are also amazing
