Google MapsThe infra red sauna was great. My body aches and pains were reduced and the settings and atmosphere was soothing and relaxing. It was my first visit and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Will be adding this therapy to my routine!

Google MapsLove Urban Float- the Reception space & Floatation Rooms are peaceful, very clean & relaxing, staff are friendly. This time I experienced the Lymphatic Drainage - was a positive experience. Only slight downside, the Room lacked an inviting feel, didn't convey a relaxing vibe. I was lucky it was only me in the Room for 60 mins, but I noticed 3 people could be in there, not sure for such a small room & how it was set out I would find that great if 3 people were in there. Also the Room was rather cold temp wise which probably added to the unrelaxing feel, but I did have a 9.00 am appt so assumed it just hadn't warmed up yet.

Google MapsI love my regular floats in the salt tank. I have been attending monthly for the past 7 months and it has been a positive change in my life. During my time in the tank, I find deep relaxation and it is a truly meditative experience. The outside world melts away and it is so peaceful. I find that after a float session, I am much calmer and my sleep improves. I feel happier and lighter in my mood and my resilience to stress and life’s challenges are improved. The staff are Float Tank are friendly, empathetic and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and you feel cared for. The venue is clean and tidy and they provide all bathroom products for your post float shower. I highly recommend a visit- it’s amazing!!

Google MapsIt was just wonderful. Only in Melbourne for a few days and have just been on the Aussie Camino 150 kms in 7 days. I limped in but left feeling so relaxed. Had sauna, float and salt room. Slept like a baby. Staff friendly and helpful. If I lived in Melbourne I would go regularly. Thank you a beautiful experience.

Google MapsI booked in on Saturday for a late afternoon 1 hour float. This was my first time in a floatation tank and the girl was very helpful and reassuring, and it was a really relaxing experience. I opted for light on and soft meditation music and my intention was to relieve sore, tight muscles after a big week training (rather than meditate) and it was absolutely worth it. A great experience all round, very clean and relaxing surroundings. Love that they supply everything you need - including a hairdryer! I feel like I treated myself to a pamper session and I will definitely do it again.
