Google MapsWhat a hidden nugget! Ticked away in an industrial area is this tranquil little gem. From the moment we walked through the door the stress fell away. I felt as though I was getting a chest cold prior to experiencing the salt room and today I’m 100%. I’ll be back to try that flotation tank!!!

From float tanks, infrared saunas with Netflix, salt rooms and compression therapy it has everything you need to recovery from the gym or everyday life. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and well maintained. I was happy that they had a hair dryer to use after my float tank session. Will definitely be back again.

I have circulation issues in my legs and after they felt brand new. Staff are so welcoming and insightful about the process. Will visit again and will recommend to my close friends 🧖🏼♀️🤍
