Connected products are great when they work and can send you around the bend when they don't. Especially when support is automated like a lot of companies these days. Not with Zimi. I got 2 garage doors connected with Zimi and I really liked the idea, it just was not installed correctly :/ I finally got around to contacting Zimi directly and requested a call at 3pm today. I got an SMS from Thomas shortly after lodging my service ticket online with a few quick questions to prepare for our call in the after noon (impressed already) and close to 3 another SMS to say they are ok to chat when I am ready. Long story short is that I had a complicated issue that took a while to get through, with our patience combined we finally got our resolve. Super impressed that it was no thrown in the too hard basket and called back at a later date. Resolved on the day and now you have a super happy customer. Will recommend and hopefully others researching the right product will read this and give them a shot. A good product is one thing but outstanding support is the BEST! -Mat- (GDN - GDS)
