Google MapsAmazing products and great customer support. We have two Zimi garage door openers, a Zimi cloud connect and a house full of powermesh light switches! After installing everything we had a few questions about how to best set up the products and the app. We contacted Zimi online and ended up receiving a call from technical support. We were up and running in about 20 minutes and could not be happier with the products.

Google MapsAs a ‘senior’ with very limited IT skills my need to seek support from Zimi re our outdoor lighting issue was confronting! While complicated - to me - the issue was resolved with efficiency and, in a manner, that was courteous and respectful of my IT shortcomings! Hats off to Thomas at Zimi support! Clearly Zimi and its customers are fortunate to have customer support of this level!

Google MapsI appreciated the wonderful support from Thomas at Zimi Support. He arranged for a firmware update to be reinstalled on my garage door controller. He then followed up with expert advice as I replaced the dead battery in the door sensor. He then kept giving advice until my Zimi opener was working perfectly again. Very happy with Zimi support.
