Google MapsHello to all, I am writing this email (having trouble with google reviews) to express my gratitude and pass on huge congratulations to the wonderful service your business offers. Some background, I have elderly parents (father 95 and mother 85) who live in the country and my father was reluctant to change to a 4-wheel walker (on medical advice). It was important my mother was part of the choice, given she lifts the wheeler in the car and most likely use it herself in the near future. They were not happy with what was available in the country. The first phone call with Marina was amazing. So helpful, 10 minutes of great support and offer to have the right models on display when I came in on Friday 11th February. To be honest I had planned to visit a large shop in Frankston where I live, but Marina’s brilliant customer support gave me confidence to only go to your store. When we did arrive, a massive thank you to Anna who was so patient and informative. Easy parking and in the store for just over an hour. Anna was fantastic, explaining all the options and getting both my parents to try out all the relevant 4-wheel walkers. We ended up purchasing the Aspire Vogue. Anna’s service was better than 5 stars. Amazing business: you all should be so proud of the top customer service that you all offer. Also, a happy ending. They stayed with me for the weekend in Frankston. When I took them back to the country, it was very pleasing for my father to ask for his 4-wheel walker before he got out of the car. He is very happy with it. Thank you Able Medilink for your fantastic customer service.

Google MapsWe're very happy with the service, and the communication,the postage and of course the wheelchair cup holder. I bought it one day, and it was in my hands two days later. My Wife was pleasantly surprised, she asked "didn't you just buy that a couple days ago?". I have saved Able Medilink for all of our mobility aids. We bought the cup holder on eBay, and when we need any other mobility aids, we will visit the shop now that we know that they have a one. A big thank you to Able Medilink. 😀
I would highly recommend this business. Anna has a bright and bubbly personality who puts you at ease when it comes to deciding what type of walker to use. She has a professional attittude to sales and knows her products and goes over and above what you would expect from a salesperson. Definitely give this business a try when the times arrives when you need disability aids.
I cannot speak highly enough about the friendly and helpful service I received from Anastasia (Ana) when I needed to purchase a walker for my sister. When you are dealing with the worry of a loved one who is ill, it means the world to find someone supportive and proactive. Anastasia asked me my sister’s height after I’d phoned to inquire about the walker, and when I arrived at AbleMedilink’s Bentleigh store to see it, she had it all set up and ready. (It’s fantastic.) And she gave me a small senior’s discount, which I also really appreciated. Totally recommend.
As a younger person with mobility needs, I was really apprehensive to speak to anyone regarding my physical limitations. Speaking to Anna today was amazing! She asked all the right questions to make sure the product selected was right for me, and was really gentle and friendly so not once did my anxiety get in the way of that quick consultation. Their pricing is great for this type of niche, and they have a great selection of mobility and living aids! She also is quite fluent in Chinese! Should that be relevant for anyone, I got to watch her help a customer who was struggling in English and oh my goodness it was beautiful!
