Recently I purchased a EZ Fold N Go Walker - Regal Rose for my mother. We needed a light weight (under 5kg) walker that Mum could lift in & out of the car as my brother who lives with her was unable to lift 5kg or higher due to surgery. Dimitri was super helpful going above & beyond to have the walker delivered the very next day, all the while keeping me informed & updated including confirmation of delivery. On top of this Mum loves the walker, easy to use, easy to transport in the car & as a bonus she absolutely adores the color. I highly recommend Able Medilink & will definitely use again should the need arise. Dimitri, thank you so much for all the help & support, you are very much appreciated!

I was looking for a hard foam cushion as I am disabled & needed a booster cushion for helping me get up from a chair. I looked on google & found one on AbleMe Medilink. I called their office & spoke to a lady called Marina. I would like to commend her on her customer service skills. She understood what my issues were & suggested a couple of options. Then she sent me the links & pictures of the product with complete information. I wish more people in customer service would be as helpful as Marina was. She is an asset to her company. I have placed my order & looking forward to using this cushion.

What a company. I rang chasing a spare part for my Dad's Walker. No big sale ($18.00) Dometree not only had it in stock, he dropped it off to my Dad's Nursing home on the way home from work because he was concerned my Father might have a accident with his walker with the part missing. So impressed you do not see service like this anymore. I would of given you 12 stars. Thank you Dometree.
