Google MapsPurchased trampoline in June 2020, took months to arrive, arrived in multiple deliveries which was frustrating because we couldn't assemble it, then had springs missing so had to get a courier to deliver these separately. The trampoline is poor quality, the top net rails are flimsy and disconnect easily making the net unsafe, and the basketball hoop broke within 2 weeks of using the trampoline.

Google MapsTerrible customer service( or should I say very much lack of it!) . Waited three days and the products still hasn’t been dispatched, contacted them only being told that one of the product is out of stock - yet they sent the email saying that all orders have been shipped which was a lie . The guy answered the phone was rude, unapologetic, and refused to do anything. Don’t buy from them ! I would leave no star for them if I could .
