Google MapsNon existing service! I purchased a tub and stand last Wednesday and to this day, they took my money and still no tub and stand. I called back twice spoke to a lady and a man both said they will resend my confirmation email - never happened. I have been trying to call and left a lot of msgs. Still no response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM

Google MapsOrdered a chest of drawers. They arrived separately. We had to pick up the frame of drawers and then a week later collect the actual draws from the factory. When assembling there were missing key holes and the runners for the drawers are shocking. They don’t fit inside and the wheels get caught on the screws that were provide and the holes to screw them in are not straight. Keep in mind the instructions are very hard to follow nothing like ikea. We will need to look at new drawers. Shame considering the drawers with change table are beautiful.

Google MapsThe customer service is none existent. We purchased a product for the store and waited weeks for the product and did some investigating and found that a few days after we had bought the product they has refunded the money a few days later for no reason. They did not bother explaining why or even notifying via a simple email that they were not sending us the product despite it being in stock and that they refunded the money without telling us leading us the believe that we were waiting on something that was never coming!! Which mind you was a babyshower present. I sent the company messages and had no respond. I will not be reccomending this "compay" to anyone and I will not be buying anything from them again. Disgusting.
