Google MapsThe worst online shopping experience I've possibly ever had. Didn't send the items within the required and outlined amount of time, so I followed up. I was told they'd be posted on Monday and I'd be sent a tracking number, but that didn't happen. They were eventually sent - two and a half weeks later, and arrived after I needed the items. Terrible customer service.

Google MapsAwful experience… I order trampoline for sale on 26/12/2025 and it still hasn’t been delivered… on asking Harvey Norman, they said this store said they have none left… I’ve not only missed other sales but my kids have missed out on trampoline through summer. These people are not serious about their business. I’m writing here, so others don’t have to go through the same trouble.

Google MapsPlease do not look at online as its false advertisement with the time frame they will be Sending the items, They keep extending that it will arrive at a certain date but then keep delaying it. It has been over two months and I still have not received my baby cot, The business know how to get your money, but do not send your orders on time, It has been unfortunately a very bad experience for me, It’s very frustrating as a pregnant mum being heavily pregnant.
