Google MapsGoogle searched for the products I was buying and was taken directly to the product page where it stated that order delivery will be received in two business days and I paid $18 priority shipping. Have rung several times and been told there are delays and there is a message on the home page but not product pages. Now up to 11 days and no closer to getting the products. Quick delivery was key purchase decision.

Google MapsBought a kinderfeet bike and I was surprised to find that the handle bars were missing from the order. Contacted the company who then organised the handlebars to be shipped. There was no apology or remuneration. It has been over a week and I still have not received the missing part of the order. I am disappointed by the customer service (no reply via email or phone) and would not purchase online again. Would not recommend this website.

Google MapsIf i could leave a company 0 star review I would. Ordered a product through them and i noticed through the app for a week it sat saying processing with seller. I then call to follow up and they said they will call me back. That night the only communication i get and literally the only communication is an image of completely different product with the description "please see attached". no details on as to why i was receiving it. No description on features or dimensions. I then call the next day and advised that the original product is no longer available and the product they had sent after i did a google search on it is much smaller and lesser in value. Now to my understanding if your advertising a product and can no longer supply. you should a) communicate with your customer b) provide an option of either equal or greater value or an option for a refund. You dont need a degree to work out a bit of common sense. Now it will take me another week to get my money back on top of the week Ive lost and still with no product. Cutting it bit fine for Christmas
