Google MapsUnimpressed with service: Ordered and paid for our item (a clay mould and frame to capture our newborns tiny hands and feet) and recieved an email advising it was out of stock and a delay would occur in posting out the item. That was fine but i asked them to express the item to us once it was in stock which they refused to do and said this was a service they didn't offer. Now the item is finally in stock (22 days later) and they advise me they will send it the following monday (delaying it a further 3days) There seems to be no urgency or care for the delay caused and no want to rectify or compensate for the delay. Very unimpressed so far.
