Google MapsI recently had a fantastic experience with Beds for Backs in Yarraville, all thanks to the wonderful assistance of Peter. I have been struggling with back pain for many years due to past jobs, working from home, and a recent sports injury. Even after trying out a few mattresses to replace my old one, I was still unsatisfied with the shops I had visited. No one seemed to understand the true meaning of "ergonomics". I was in so much discomfort and could not believe how sales-focused the industry was, with little regard for the customer. However, I discovered Peter's shop and decided to give it a chance based on a positive review I found on Google. As soon as I entered the store, Peter warmly greeted me and offered his help. He spent over an hour with me, listening to my concerns and showing me the best mattress for my back problems and restless nights. Peter's knowledge and customer service were exceptional. He gave me the opportunity to try out the mattresses and feel the different effects of the adjustable sleds and how they interacted with the mattress. He did not try to upsell me or push me towards the most expensive option. Instead, he advised me on what was most suitable for my needs and concerns. I also purchased a mattress protector and pillow. Peter informed me that the mattress would be delivered in 3-4 weeks, but due to my urgency, he would try his best to get it to me a little earlier. He even offered to personally deliver and set it up for me after hours to fit my schedule. On the day of delivery, Peter arrived with his son and spent over an hour setting up the mattress to ensure it suited my body's different weights and needs. I have noticed a significant difference in my quality of sleep, as the mattress and slats contour to the natural shape of my body. I am now enjoying a good night's sleep, and my back pain is gradually reducing. Peter has suggested that he will check up on me and make any further adjustments needed to ensure my comfort. I am so grateful to Peter and would highly recommend Beds for Backs to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress. They even offer to dispose of your old mattress for a minimal fee.
