He delivered the mattress personally and set it up for me. I have been using it for a few weeks now and the improvement in my back and quality of sleep is most noticeable. We went back to buy a new base for an elderly parent and Peter was so helpful in helping us get the right product (sloping and low profile) and a great price. He really cares for your well being and is happy to give advice on the type of bed that is right for us, and adjusting the bed to our needs. I can honestly say that I have been sleeping for longer periods without waking up and feeling more refreshed after having the bed for about 2 months. We already had one of his adjustable slat bases. A chat on the phone, a visit to his store and a new Latex mattress was purchased, delivered and installed. Peter knows his products, delivers and installs personally. No questions are left unanswered before he leaves. A very attentive, cooperative person.
