I would like to thank Martin for the excellent job he did with the installation of my new compact elegance home lift. The whole job from the moment Martin and his co worker David arrived went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner, giving me peace of mind, especially in light of my limited mobility due to a recent leg injury. Martin also took the time to ensure I had a full understanding of the operation and safety features of the lift. I would definitely recommend compact elegance home lifts as it has far exceeded my expectations with its performance and stylish appearance at a very affordable price. Huge thanks to Keaneu and Aiden for installing a lift in our home for my grandmother. From start to finish they were professional, patient, and genuinely considerate of her needs. They took the time to explain how everything worked, made sure the install was tidy and safe, and were an absolute pleasure to have around the house. The lift has already made a massive difference to her comfort and independence, and we could not be happier with the result. Highly recommend Keaneu and Aiden to anyone looking for quality work and great people to deal with.

Wow now there's an impressive team at Compact Lifts. I was interested in a lift for my 93 year old mum who has reduced mobility. Firstly a big shout out to Mark Demos who came out and clearly and concisely explained the range, answering all of our queries. As we were awaiting partial funding his patience and understanding with each follow up was fantastic and my Mum and I also appreciated Damiens assistance with our provider. Christine in Accounts kept us updated with an accurate summary of where we were at. James in Project Operations was a clear communicator who was always one step ahead, so too Elizabeth - Rose being the Service Coordinator. Dan the man who came out for the initial construction was prompt, precise and tidy in his work and able to act on the curve ball that my mum and I presented to him. The installers Keanu and Aidan did a terrific job, appreciated the clear handover when the job was almost done. Then there was Bakhos the Technician, when something unexpected occurred, he promptly and efficiently got the job done. A big thank you also to Charlie over the phone who helped me understand the situation and was spot on with her assessment. The joy Compact Lifts has given us both, particularly my Mum who is now able to access her bedroom and sleep in her own bed again means we have no hesitation in recommending Compact Lifts with their flawless (no pun intended) delivery of our life changing lift.

Jacob and Aiden were wonderful, friendly people. They installed the lift efficiently and it looks beautiful! Thank you so much. Marcus was great! He was very friendly and helped us immensely. He went out of his way to do so, and we really appreciate him. Great service. 100% recommend this company!

Martin and his team were fantastic, from the first phone call to the end of the works. The lift is compact and spacious and easy to use. Overall the whole job and Martin and his Team is more than 5 stars 10/10 Highly recommended. The instructions are thorough and easy to understand how to work it.
